Abstract

Biosecurity measures are intended to prevent health care as a result of accidents occurring activity. Hence, both the federal and the provincial, in all vocational schools should implement legislatively guards which are to be taken in the different medical practices. It is mentioned that attaches great importance to carry out this study. OBJECTIVE: To determine the effect of personalized instruction in increasing knowledge and skills students biosafety in the first half of the Private University of Huancayo “Franklin Roosevelt” in 2014. METHOD: The type of research that will be conducted longitudinal explanatory description, which will allow us to more accurately measure and independently variables or concepts considered in the present investigation and thus test the hypothesis of the proposed research. RESULTS: When you get the results the students were aware laboratory inspections by a responsible and end of the cycle later after a personalized teaching the percentage of students who knew the lab in charge of responsible inspections increased by 39.1% taking a final percentage of students who know about the lab by a 63.3% responsible for inspections, this indicates that the effect of personalized education increased knowledge and skills Biosafety students in the first semester showed the private University of Huancayo “Franklin Roosevelt in 2014.
