Abstract

376/5000       In the present investigation of applied type and explanatory level, starting from the general objective: to determine the incidence of customer satisfaction on the loyalty of lodging companies in the town of Huancayo, and following the procedures of the scientific method such as deductive inductive. It was concluded that there is a strong relationship between both variables.
